Full Description
The Halls, Wolverhampton, AEG Presents newest venue, is seeking a Marketing Executive. 

You’ll assist with setting up new show announcements across venue websites and social channels, with particular focus on The Halls Wolverhampton. 

You’ll liaise with promoters for marketing support for all events at our venues, with particular focus on The Halls Wolverhampton; assist the General Manager with local marketing duties and identify the correct relationships and marketing opportunities in Wolverhampton and the West Midlands to support with all relevant promotion of The Halls. 

You’ll support event coverage and occasionally attend events to source content. 

Working alongside the Marketing Manager based in London, you’ll provide a regular updated marketing plan and maintain all Halls communication channels, including website updates; social media; App content. 

You’ll help maintain presence on venue social media channels and support the launch of any new venues including The Halls, Wolverhampton, Watford Colosseum and London Olympia. 

We’re looking for someone with relevant marketing experience who has an understanding of the local live music and events scene in the West Midlands and has a passion for live music and events. 

You’ll be proficient in mid to enterprise class website Content Management Systems and photo editing software; have experience of using social networking platforms and scheduling tools and in reporting and tracking tools e.g., Google Analytics or Omniture. 

You’ll have the ability to prioritise a varied workload to ensure time sensitive deadlines are met, whilst maintaining a close attention to detail. 

You’ll be willing to travel (within the UK); have a “can do” attitude and be a team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment. 

You’ll want to raise the bar in this role, be solutions focussed and look for ways to maximise efficiency. We encourage new ideas and innovation. We will give you all the training in our systems, policies and procedures so that you’ll be set up for success. 

Where: You’ll be based at the venue The Halls, Wolverhampton, but might need to travel to other venues within the UK.
