JET set to rock UK and Ireland with first tour since 2009
Fresh from a triumphant Australian tour, iconic rockers JET are revving up for their first headline tour in the UK and Ireland since 2009. Riding high on their recent induction into the ARIA Hall of Fame, the band’s resurgence gains momentum with the release of their new single, Hurry Hurry, and the promise of a fourth album in 2025.
Frontman Nic Cester shares the band’s excitement: “‘Get Born’ was a rare and unique moment of total planetary alignment where we somehow managed to capture lighting in a bottle. We’re all really excited to come back to the UK and Ireland for these shows.”
In tandem, their latest single’s vinyl release has already sold out, featuring Un’avventura on the B-side—a dynamic tribute to Nic’s Italian roots. JET’s timeless hits, like Are You Gonna Be My Girl and Look What You’ve Done, still resonate, with 6 million monthly Spotify listeners despite their last album predating the platform’s global launch.
As anticipation mounts, JET’s return signifies a new chapter for rock aficionados, blending nostalgia with fresh sounds on stage and in the studio.
