Drake recalled one of his early experiences in Atlanta, mentioning how he had joined the remix of the song “Versace.” He expressed his condolences, “Rest in peace to our brother Takeoff. He was one of my first friends in Atlanta, and that’s one of my earliest memories of Atlanta, getting on that track and feeling the love from the city.”
