Road to EDC Orlando: The Stages

Let’s be honest, the stage production is one of the most inviting aspects of the festivals we love attending year after year.  Of course, we come first for the music but there are some festivals that are known just for their stages and some fans who will travel all around the world to see them! Insomniac has always taken pride in creating magical works of art that keep their fans returning each and every time, let’s dive headfirst into a look at the EDCO stages!

KineticFIELD

The king himself, Insomniac Founder, Pasquale Rotella took to social media last November and announced some very exciting news for the sunshine state! After years of different EDC themes including kineticLOVE and kineticENERGY, this year the Insomniac crew is looking inward with kineticZEN theme. With this also comes a new and improved mainstage aka KineticFIELD!

“I can’t wait to bring even more magic to Orlando this time around, carrying through our new #kineticZEN theme and new #kineticFIELD stage after it debuts in Las Vegas.”

Always in motion and forever evolving, the sacred space known as KineticFIELD has known homes across the globe, continually transforming itself as much as it has those who experience it. It has hosted some of the most impressive acts from Kaskade, to Timmy Trumpet, Deorro, Cosmic Gate, Afrojack, EDX, Habstrakt, i_o, and so many more! Here you will find Kinetic Energy unleashed at the biggest stage of the entire festival!

CircuitGROUNDS

“As much as we worship the night sky, we are rooted to the land on which we dance. We are connected, one to another, to the past and to the future, and to the energy all around us. Look to CircuitGROUNDS to spark your passion for epic melodies.”

From DJ Snake to Eric Prydz, Zhu, Excision, Party Favor, Riot Ten, Seven Lions, SLANDER, Svdden Death, and more, The CircuitGROUNDS has been an epic platform for some of the best! Known for hosting some of the heaviest trap and bass that EDC has to offer, this is the stage for the fan that wants to get down and dirty with their fellow headbangers. With lasers for days and giant panels that allow for everyone to get a birds-eye view, get ready to break ya neck as you dance to some of the hardest sets that EDCO will see all weekend.

NeonGARDEN

“Here, we grow together, under the glowing light of the crystal moon. Music is our nourishment. The beats are the soil and the soul, as the deepest forms of techno and house, take root. Reach for the sky, and let your flowers bloom.”

If you come across a stage with booming beats and flashing lights, you’ve arrived at #neonGARDEN. With artists such as Fisher, Gorgon City, Camelphat, Solardo, Green Velvet, Yotto, and more, the NeonGARDEN has hosted a plethora of talent. It’s the place for all the shufflers, the home to the head bobbers, and the obvious place to link up with your crew.

StereoBLOOM

Looking for that stage that offers something different and unique? SteroBLOOM is the place to be if you want to discover and indulge in the various shades of dance music, from house to bass music to trance and beyond. Hosted by Insomniac Records, Basscon, and Dreamstate, StereoBLOOM offers up sounds from known artists and up-and-comers alike. It’s a place for you and your friends to get stuck deep in all the sounds.

WIDE AWAKE ART CAR

The Wide Awake Art Car is coming to Orlando and it’s bringing a whole lot of magic along with it!

“Insomniac’s Wide Awake Art Car will grace the grounds of EDC Orlando with a full lineup, Funktion One sound system, flame cannons, and a mechanical owl. Keep an eye out for its funky antiques and steampunk-inspired aesthetic, and follow this land ship to hear something you might not have heard before.”

This is the stage where things get weird, in all the best waves. Experience one of EDC’s signature art cars at #EDCOrlando, coming all the way from Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Las Vegas to host a multitude of artists under the Florida sunshine.
