Roskilde at 50 – a celebration of Europe’s biggest festival

It’s not just one of the great music festivals, it’s as much a part of Danish life as smørrebrød, cycling, and discussing the weather. A festival so committed to global citizenship it’s been non-profit since day one. All but a handful of the staff are volunteers because it means more money will go to good causes.
