REZZ launches HypnoVizion with audio-visual sequel mix, ‘Nightmare on Rezz Street 2’

REZZ had talked about her desire to eventually lead her own imprint. And at the beginning of October, she turned that into a reality with the reveal of her aptly branded label, HypnoVizion. With that bombshell announcement came the news that it’s first release was going to—of course—arrive sometime before her annual REZZ Rocks event returned to Colorado at the end of the month. But when Dancing Astronaut connected the dots that an ID from her Lost Lands set was the same track in her label announcement video, REZZ quickly confirmed that it was just “1 of the songs” she was putting out as its first release.

That first release is now arrived in the form of “Nightmare on Rezz Street 2.” Exactly five years after the series’ first installment, REZZ’s Halloween-themed, audio-visual sequel mix leaps onto streaming platforms for the first time to give listeners a proper experience on top of the YouTube upload. Packed with 13 sinister, Halloween-ready cuts—confirmed to be all unreleased and all solo productions from REZZ herself—”Nightmare on Rezz Street 2″ doubles as both a fitting first offering from HypnoVizion and an early holiday treat.
