Karmy is a Chilean Trance and Progressive DJ and Producer, currently based in Seattle, WA. His career in music started off back in 2011. After studying in the prestigious Point Blank Music School he continued developing as a DJ playing at local clubs in Santiago, Chile.
2017 marked an important year for the artist, being featured on Point Blank Music School of London’s own magazine. The same year, Karmy shared the stage with Paul van Dyk, as one of the artists on the lineup for the Vonyc Sessions Tour in Latin América.
Karmy continued to develop his musical journey by founding the event production company Fictitious Media, which focused on creating shows that included a mix of genres within electronic music. The events were appealing to a wide audience. Shows were sold-out with hundreds of people and multiple artists playing each night.
Later in 2017, Karmy made a move across the continent to Seattle, WA where he quickly became an established DJ in the local scene. In 2018 he debuted his first shows in the United States at The Underground and Ora in Seattle, WA.
He has also made radio appearances on Radio Rock & Pop Chile, topping off 2017 with mixing the official New Years Mix for the radio station.
Thanks to partnerships with InMotion Productions and NATA, Karmy has consistently been sharing the stage with various international acts such as Andy Moor, JES, Sean Tyas, Greg Downey, Dennis Sheperd, Sunny Lax, Mark Sixma, KhoMha, Ben Gold, Genix, TyDi, Somna, Craig Connelly, among others.
As a producer, Karmy has released two singles, “Emotions” and “Keep It Cool” under the chilean label Future Sounding Records. In early 2021, Karmy released his third single “Lights” under his own imprint K Music.
